  • Hi! We’re Moodro. We build autonomous counter-UAS solutions with a strong focus on Electronic Warfare (EW) and signal-driven effects — technology that works in real field conditions and strengthens frontline units.

    About us — quick facts:
    - our systems are used daily by operational units
    - we’ve delivered a large number of EW / SIGINT stations to the field
    - we have NATO codification and validation from relevant units
    - our team includes veterans and engineers who regularly test solutions in realistic environments

We’re looking for a European Business Development / Capture Manager (Middle+) with real experience in MilTech / DefenseTech in Europe. This is a hands-on role focused on go-to-market execution, capture ownership, and partnerships with integrators — not “generic sales” and not a reseller-only position.

    Your responsibilities:
    - build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Europe: from market research to first contracts and long-term partnerships
    - map the market: competitors, key regions, target customers, defense integrators, and technical partners
    - work leads from exhibitions, meetings, and inbound requests; convert them into structured pipeline and long-term relationships
    - run customer and partner conversations: discovery, qualification, follow-ups, and negotiations
    - drive partnering with integrators / distributors (teaming, joint pursuits, partner enablement)
    - explore European grant / innovation programs and support applications + required documentation
    - collect and structure market insights for investor decks, partner campaigns, and internal decision-making

We’re looking for someone who can:
    - show 3+ years in sales / BD / partnerships / consulting in MilTech / DefenseTech on the European market
    - work with B2G and/or B2B defense stakeholders: integrators, distributors, primes, government-adjacent customers
    - communicate confidently in English (pitches, negotiations, documentation)
    - travel for meetings, events, and networking (Europe)
    - think systematically, build a plan, and execute toward measurable outcomes

    Why Moodro?
    - real impact — your work directly strengthens Ukraine’s defense capabilities
    - high autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, fast decision-making
    - mentorship from business leadership and founders
    - growth path to Regional BDM / Lead within 6–9 months (based on results)
    - flexible work format: remote
    - military deferment from day one (for eligible candidates in Ukraine)

    Hiring process:
    - recruiter screening call
    - interview with hiring manager
    - optional additional interview if needed
    - references / evidence check → offer
