We’re currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us communicate the value of our solutions to an international audience, shape clear product positioning, strengthen public communications, and support our entry into the global market.
Why this role matters:This is a key position at Moodro. Your mission is to establish a systematic marketing communication strategy and effectively deliver the value of our products to our target audience — especially in B2G. You will be the driving force behind our brand on the global stage.
What you’ll be doing:Imagine being the voice and face of technologies that save lives. Your work goes beyond “marketing” — it’s about meaning, impact, and making Ukraine visible to the world.
Your day may look like this:● Crafting stories that inspire belief in our mission — through text, presentations, video, and branding● Identifying and researching your audience — military, foreign partners, engineers, policymakers● Defining clear positioning for each product — from field devices to entire systems● Creating video concepts that make people say: “Wow, Ukrainians built this?”● Collaborating with talented people: designers, PR specialists, developers, veterans● Launching PR initiatives that appear in global media and exhibitions● Translating complexity into clarity — building materials that are accessible to everyone, from ministers to investors● Helping shape the brand of not just our products, but also our team as heroes of a new industry● Maintaining our website, social media, and overall marketing identity● Taking Moodro into new spaces — where we’re not known yet, but soon will be
Key competencies:
Must-haves (non-negotiable):● Experience in digital marketing or project management within a marketing team● Strong copywriting and messaging skills● Analytical thinking and a systematic approach● High-level soft skills — communication, initiative, responsibility
Important:● English proficiency — at least B2 (materials are created in both Ukrainian and English)
Nice-to-have:● Experience in design or video production
